Bungalow Joe's Coffee is in the business of providing supportive and a stellar customer service in the coffee industry, by selling warm and delicious beverages, such as coffee and tea to our customers, who commute to work.

The mission of Bungalow Joe’s Coffee is to provide excellent customer service and satisfaction, consistently, to our customers and commuters, one cup at a time.

 

Bungalow Joe’s Coffee is located in Berwyn and we’re establishing ourselves in the Historic Berwyn Depot, as a reliable, dependable and consistent business partner to our customers, who commute daily to work, using mass transportation. With consistent, great customer service and offering an array of great coffee, daily, we look to generate notoriety. We market our products, primarily to those rail commuters who daily frequent the train, those who live, work, conduct business in the Berwyn Historic Depot area, tourists and passersby as well.

 

As the Owner of Bungalow Joe’s Coffee,  Marcel Townsel’s experience in Food Service, dates back to the military, where he served, honorably, for 3 plus years, in garrison and field operations, preparing meals, timely for the troops. His experience in providing fresh hot meals and coffee for soldiers taught him to ensure that the food was always prepared timely and hot.

The important features of our products are; warmth, richness, the way it is roasted and its flavor, including a signature name, which keeps newly established brand “top of mind.” Coffee is made fresh hourly. Most of all, our greatest distinction is that WE USE FILTERED WATER FOR OUR COFFEE!

 

Bungalow Joe’s Coffee serves up good fresh hot coffee, with catchy names and phrases that are easy to remember, because they are synonymous with Berwyn and the Historic Depot District. Berwyn, Illinois is synonymous with the architectural style of the Bungalow home. As our name suggests, we are a locally based neighborhood coffee shop, with a sensibility to the community we serve. We shall serve good, hot fresh, flavorful coffee (using filtered water) to the Berwyn commuters, who frequent the Metra train, daily – inbound to Chicago. And it is our endeavor to offer our customers varying flavors with catchy names.
